Our very own Dr. Paola Garcia Betancourt will be leading the new small group “Planting Seeds” that will be a hands-on three session series for women age 18 and up. It will be centered around the Parable of the Sower and how God’s Word takes root in our lives. Over the course of the three sessions, women will create faith-inspired clay pots, starting with applying primer, then drawing patterns and scripture, painting and sealing the pot, and ending with planting seeds or repotting a plant. Throughout this process, they will reflect on the Parable of the Seeds, exploring the “soils” of their own lives and the areas where God’s Word is thriving or needing more nourishment. The sessions will begin on Sunday, April 12 – Sunday, April 26 from 3:00 pm – 5:30 pm and will meet at the church inside the Christian Life Center. There is a group limit of 15 women, so, if you are interested in being a part of this group, please call the Church Office or sign up on the sign-up sheet in the Worship Center foyer.
